More students opting fore entrepreneurship at ISB

This year, close to 20 students are teaming up in different groups to start new business ventures.
Students are starting businesses ranging from nano technology firm to Photo wave Technologies to financial analytics and consultancy firm.
ISB also offers a two-year placement holiday for those who want to set up their own business.

IIM-A and IIM-B and IIm-C hike fees for MBA programme

Indian Institute of Management-Ahmedabad (IIM-A) , on Saturday hiked the fees of its two-year post-graduate course (Business Management) from Rs.4,50,000 to Rs.11,50,000 from the next academic session joining in June 2008. IIM-Bangalore had also raised its fees to Rs 9 lakh for two years and IIM-Calcutta to Rs 6 lakh from the 2009-11 batch.

However, need based scholarships are available.
